Janet is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and has been a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing since 2008. The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing is the premier independent authority in training and certification for real estate agents working in the luxury residential market. The Institute offers the CLHMS designation for luxury home marketing, conducts research in the high-end market, and provides its members with the information and tools to be more successful.

Prior to her affiliation with Sotheby’s, Janet served as Team Leader of the Keller Williams Market Center in Carmel, CA, where she continues to have an ownership interest. As launching Team Leader, she directed the Center’s rapid growth. In the four years the Market Center was under her leadership, the office won numerous awards including the Carmel Chamber Green Ribbon of Excellence and the Monterey County Weekly “Best Real Estate Office,” and climbed to #3 in market shares in Monterey County.

Janet spent a significant part of her career in the field of Corporate Relocation in Boston, MA. Recognized for her expertise in Corporate Marketing and other Relocation-related business development programs, Janet has been honored with awards by Relo, Coldwell Banker Relocation Services, Relocation Resources International and Cendant Mobility Broker Network. She has served on numerous Advisory Boards and Councils. Janet holds the CRP designation and has been awarded ERC's Meritorious Service Award. National Relocation and Real Estate Magazine have named her three times for being one of the Top Women in Relocation and Real Estate.
